Real Estate Advertising Programs

Property Listings Program– 

• The fee for listing is $5/month/property listing.
  

• Fees are due in advance of the advertising cycle. 
  

• The customer’s advertising cycle begins on the next day after the date of ordered services and runs for (30) days.
  

• The advertising agreement will automatically renew every 30 days until www.GreerSC.com has received notification from customer requesting cancellation of their advertising agreement. There are no credits for unused advertising days.
  

• The customer is allowed to change the quantity of listings at anytime. By notifying www.GreerSC.com.
  

• Increasing the number of listings - Fees for additional listings added during the customer’s advertising cycle is $5 per property listing for the remainder of that customer’s current advertising cycle.  The additional listings are then combined with the customer’s existing listings and billing will be for the new combined total number of listings.
  

• Reducing the number of advertised listings – There are no credits for unused advertising days. Customer must notify www.GreerSC.com prior to a new advertising cycle in-order to avoid being charged for another month of advertising. Upon www.GreerSC.com receipt of notification by customer to reduce the number of listings. www.GreerSC.com will adjust the billing quantity accordingly for the next billing/advertising cycle.

When available, the Featured Realtor Banner ad is displayed on the Greer E-Realty Main Page and throughout the Residential or Commercial Real Estate sections.
